Unique reclaimed X Pattern wood art made out of 100 year old wood lath from old Chicago houses. This piece features a multi tone X pattern design with raised white painted accents. The lath goes through a five step process before each piece is selected for its color and character and is hand applied to a veneer core plywood. The light colored lath gets its color from the plaster attached to it for over a century and the brown tones get their patina from the conditions inside the walls. This panel is trimmed with brown toned wood lath. The panel is finished with 3-5 coats of natural PolyWhey satin finish.
